At 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 2, the Union Bridge Fire Company Annual Firemen's Parade was held on the streets of Union Bridge. The Union Bridge Fire Company Color Guard lead the parade from Rt. 75 to the Union Bridge Fire Station on W. Locust St.
Fire apparatus from nearby fire companies, restored historical cars and fire apparatus, bands, majorette groups, youth groups, politicians and a variety of others, either marched or rode in the parade. That evening, awards were given to winners of each category.
