National Fire Prevention Week officially starts on October 6, 2013 and ends on October 12, but we would like for everyone to remember fire prevention throughout the year. The Union Bridge Fire Company will be assisting the Elmer A. Wolfe Elementary School and the Francis Scott Key High School with fire drills this week. Also, we will be conducting fire prevention details during the entire week to teach young children the dangers of fire and how to stay safe.
For more information about fire prevention, check out our "Fire Prevention" pages here on our website. There are great fire prevention tips and links to other fire prevention websites. All of this information is very helpful in educating not only our children, but also adults.
Have a great week, be safe and think "FIRE PREVENTION"!!!!!!!!!!!
