The Union Bridge Fire Company's "Annual Firemen's Carnival" starts today, Memorial Day - 2016, at 6 PM.

The Ladies Auxiliary to the Union Bridge Fire Company serve "Lunch" from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Tuesday to Friday) and "Dinner" every day (Monday to Saturday), starting at 4:30 PM and ends at 7:00 PM, in the Activities Center/Social Hall.

Daily "Lunch" menu - BBQ, Ham Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Fried Shrimp Basket, Shrimp Salad, Egg Salad, Chicken Salad and soup
Also, on Wednesday, they will be serving Pot Pie as well.

The "Dinner" menus for each day:

Monday - Fried Chicken, Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Gravy and Cole Slaw

Tuesday - Meat Loaf, Scalloped Potatoes, Calico Beans, Applesauce and a Salad Platter: Shrimp, Chicken, Egg, Potato, Macaroni Salads

Wednesday - Roast Beef, Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Dressing, Green Beans, Gravy

Thursday - Chicken Pot Pie, Ham, Peas, Scalloped Potatoes, Cole Slaw

Friday - Fish/Shrimp, Parsley Potatoes, Stewed Tomatoes, Cole Slaw and a Salad Platter: Shrimp, Chicken, Egg, Potato, Macaroni Salads

Saturday - Roast Beef, Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Corn, Cole Slaw

Every "Dinner Platter" includes: Fruit, Bread & Butter, Iced Tea and Coffee

Carry-outs are available for an additional charge of $1.00

On the carnival grounds, we provide patrons great food, fun games and many rides, as well as musical entertainment every night (except Wednesday due to Parade). Price for "Ride All Night" bracelets is $16.
